How to Keep Fit During Lockdown

The Coronavirus pandemic has us all on lockdown. But that doesn't mean you can't keep fit and get a workout done. With gyms in Cardiff temporary closed, we've put together top tips on how you can keep fit whilst on lockdown at home in Cardiff.

Running

Intermediate: 10x press-ups, 15x situps, 20x star jumps, 15x squat thrusts, 10x burpees. Repeat 3x.
