About: Bute Park is a stunning big green running through the centre of Cardiff and lies just behind the iconic Cardiff Castle. It’s a fantastic spot for a family picnic, as well as playing Pooh sticks off one of the bridges! They hold a huge 11 outdoor play woodland area as well as other natural play features around the park including several interpretative sculptures and seats, plus living and fallen trees to climb on.
