About: Christmas Light Switch on in Cardiff really is a sight to behold around the festive season. Although there will be no lighting ceremony held this year, Christmas in Cardiff will officially begin on Friday 12 November as the lights will be switched on for the first time. Alongside the beautiful displays in the city centre, there will also be new lights on the walls of Cardiff Castle.

About: Christmas at Bute Park is the biggest festive light trail Wales has ever seen! From late November, the park will be taken over by dazzling light displays, interactive installations, a flickering fire area, an enchanting fairy tree forest, laser shows & mirror balls, as well as locally sourced street food, mulled wine and plenty more Christmas festivities.

About: Dyffryn Gardens put on a real show for us around the festive season with amazing winter lights that illuminate the gardens at Christmas. There are spectacular views of the house and grounds, which are all lit up as well, making it the perfect festive activity for al the family!
