Barry Island 10K

The Barry Island 10K is a closed-road seaside race with a feel-good atmosphere, finishing at Whitmore Bay and supported by family activities, live entertainment and an event village on the promenade.

Sun, sea and sand provide the backdrop to the Barry Island 10K, a popular race known for its uplifting atmosphere and varied coastal route. The event forms part of the R4W 10K Series.

The fully closed-road course showcases scenic seaside locations and recognisable local landmarks. Start and finish take place at Whitmore Bay, which also hosts an Event Village with live music, entertainment and street food.
