The Dell Technologies Management Challenge is a multi-day corporate event combining an adventure race, management development, senior-level networking and charity fundraising, based in the Black Mountains near Hay-on-Wye.

The Dell Technologies Management Challenge is a unique multi-dimensional competitive event designed to support management performance while delivering positive charitable outcomes.

• 2-day adventure race including canoeing, mountain biking, running, hiking, map reading, archery and puzzle challenges
• Management development through a contemporary case study exercise and keynote speaker session, assessed by a business school academic

The event is based from Racquety Farm, Hay-on-Wye, in the Black Mountains (Brecon Beacons National Park).
