Great Welsh Marathon 2026

Hosted at Pembrey Country Park, the Great Welsh Marathon offers both half and full marathon distances, featuring coastal and countryside routes, and supports Shelter Cymru's work in Wales.

The Great Welsh Marathon, held at the scenic Pembrey Country Park in Carmarthenshire, allows runners to experience a route covering stunning coastal and countryside landscapes. Both half and full marathon options are available to accommodate all types of runners. Fundraising targets for participants are set at £300 for the full marathon, £250 for the half marathon, and £150 for 10k runners. The entry fee is £15.
