The CDF 10K is a historic capital city road race with an electric atmosphere, taking runners through the heart of Cardiff and past major landmarks including Cardiff Castle and the Principality Stadium. The course journeys through central Cardiff, crosses the River Taff and heads towards Pontcanna and the grade II listed parkland of Llandaff and Pontcanna Fields. Runners then pass Sophia Gardens before finishing in the Edwardian Civic Centre. Event date: 06 September 2026. More information is available on the official event website.
