Breathe in the sea air. Celebrate with inspiring women. On Friday, 7th March, TBN invites you to a rejuvenating day of reflection, wellness, and community at Rick Stein’s Restaurant, Sandbanks. This unique experience is designed to nourish both body and mind, and includes:

• A Delicious 2-Course Lunch at Rick Stein’s – Indulge in a specially curated menu at one of Sandbanks most renowned restaurants, sharing stories and inspiration with like-minded women. (Everyone welcome)
• A meditative meditative celebration of all that we are, as women - “Honouring the essence of being a woman” Session – Led by TBN Member Jules Whale, this guided practice will help you find balance, clarity, and empowerment. (This part of the day is women only)
• A Soul-Reviving Sea Sauna – Immerse yourself in the ultimate reset with a beachfront sauna, embracing the healing power of the sea. (This part of the day is women only)

This is more than just an event - it’s an opportunity to pause, reflect, and celebrate the strength and achievements of women in a supportive and uplifting space.

• Lunch at Rick Steins & Beach Meditation - £45 + VAT (1:15pm - 3:45pm) 
• Beach Meditation & Sea Sauna Only - £20 + VAT (Limited tickets) (3:30pm - 5pm)
